AI Product Manager

We're all generalists who constantly take on new challenges. We're looking for an AI Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for our cutting-edge AI-powered platform. You'll work directly alongside our Engineering Lead and CTO to translate AI capabilities into exceptional user experiences, define product roadmaps, and ensure we're building features that users love and drive business growth.

We don't expect you to have experience with everything we use, but we do expect you to bring deep curiosity about AI capabilities, exceptional product thinking, and a track record of building products that genuinely solve user problems.

What you'll do

• Define and execute product vision for AI-powered marketing features and agent capabilities

• Translate complex AI functionality into intuitive, valuable user experiences for marketing teams

• Collaborate with Engineering Lead and CTO to prioritize features and technical investments

• Analyze AI industry trends, competitive landscape, and user feedback to inform product decisions

• Write detailed product requirements and user stories for AI integrations and marketing workflows

• Define and track key product metrics, user engagement, and business impact of AI features

• Conduct user research and gather feedback on existing and proposed AI marketing features

Tech

• Languages: TypeScript, Python for understanding technical implementation

• AI Integration: OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Llama APIs and multi-agent orchestration

• Frontend: Next.js, React, shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS for user experience design

• Backend: GCP Cloud Functions, Firestore & PostgreSQL for data-driven product decisions

• Tools: GitHub, Slack, ClickUp for project management, Intercom for user feedback, Framer for product design

• Analytics: User behavior tracking and A/B testing for product optimization
