We're seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to partner with our CTO in scaling our engineering organization and technical operations. You'll be the strategic right-hand to our technical leadership, managing engineering initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring our technical strategy executes flawlessly as we rapidly scale our AI-powered platform.

We don't expect you to have experience with everything we use, but we do expect you to bring strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and a track record of managing complex technical projects and engineering team dynamics.

What you'll do

• Streamline technical processes, engineering workflows, and development productivity

• Drive complex technical initiatives involving multiple engineering teams and stakeholders

• Support CTO in translating technical vision into actionable roadmaps and deliverables

• Coordinate between engineering, product, and business teams on technical decisions

• Support engineering hiring, onboarding, and team scaling initiatives

• Help manage technical debt, architecture decisions, and infrastructure scaling

• GitHub for code repository management

• Slack for engineering team coordination

• Intercom for technical feedback and support
