We're looking for a Key Account Manager with strong marketing experience to manage and grow relationships with our German-speaking client base. You'll collaborate directly with our co-founder and CEO to drive product adoption, identify growth opportunities, and ensure exceptional client success with our AI-powered platform.
Working Hours: US Eastern Time (NYC timezone)
Language Requirement: German mother tongue mandatory
What you'll do
Manage and expand relationships with key German-speaking clients, driving revenue growth and product adoption
Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to German market preferences and cultural nuances
Ensure German clients achieve maximum value from our platform through strategic guidance and localized support
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing German accounts
Analyze German market trends and client feedback to inform product and marketing strategies
Plan and execute marketing campaigns adapted for German-speaking markets, measuring ROI and optimizing performance
Tools we use
Pipedrive for CRM and account management
Intercom for customer communication
ClickUp for project coordination
Clay for lead research and prospecting

Instead, we value clear indicators of excellence - whether that's exceptional academic performance, successfully growing revenue with German clients, building and scaling businesses in German markets, or any other achievement that demonstrates high skill in client management and German market expertise.
