We're looking for a Key Account Manager with strong marketing experience to manage and grow relationships with our US client base. You'll collaborate directly with our co-founder and CEO to drive product adoption, identify growth opportunities, and ensure exceptional client success with our AI-powered platform.

Working Hours: US Eastern Time (NYC timezone)
Language Requirement: Professional English mandatory

What you'll do

  • Manage and expand relationships with key US clients, driving revenue growth and product adoption

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to individual client needs and market segments

  • Ensure clients achieve maximum value from our platform through strategic guidance and support

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

  • Analyze US market trends and client feedback to inform product and marketing strategies

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for key accounts, measuring ROI and optimizing performance

  • Pipedrive for CRM and account management

  • Intercom for customer communication

  • ClickUp for project coordination

  • Clay for lead research and prospecting
