As we scale our AI marketing platform, we need an experienced technical leader who can architect multi-agent systems for the future while staying hands-on with critical infrastructure. You'll work alongside our CTO and founding team, helping build the technical foundation that will power the next generation of marketing automation.

We don't expect you to have experience with everything we use, but we do expect you to bring exceptional technical judgment, proven leadership experience, and a track record of building scalable AI systems that handle real business workflows.

What you'll do

• Architect and build scalable multi-agent systems that coordinate AI marketing operations across channels

• Design infrastructure that handles thousands of concurrent AI marketing agents working 24/7

• Lead technical strategy for our AI marketing platform, balancing innovation with reliable business results

• Build and mentor the engineering team through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices

• Establish engineering standards for AI agent reliability, marketing data processing, and system observability

• Collaborate directly with our co-founder and CTO on product technical feasibility and long-term platform architecture

• Write production code for critical agent coordination and marketing automation features

Tech

• Languages: TypeScript, Python for full-stack development and AI agent orchestration

• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, Google Cloud Platform for scalable AI agent deployment

• AI/ML: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama APIs with custom multi-agent coordination systems

• Backend: Cloud Functions, Firestore & PostgreSQL, Firebase Auth, Cloud Tasks for agent workflow management

• Frontend: Next.js, React, shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS for marketing platform interfaces

• Tools: GitHub, Slack, ClickUp for project management, Intercom for system feedback, Framer for design collaboration

• Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, Loki for monitoring AI agent performance and system health

• Marketing Integration: APIs for search platforms, social media, analytics, and content management systems
