Certus AI builds voice AI agents for restaurants — answering every call 24/7, taking orders, booking reservations, and handling complaints. The Content Agent built and executed a content strategy targeting those exact queries — comparison content, use case guides, and restaurant-specific AI articles that positioned Certus as the go-to solution in their category. Monthly impressions grew from near zero to 22K. Total impressions reached 130K over 12 months with 6.8K clicks at a 5.2% CTR.

The Traffic Agent de-anonymised the companies landing on Certus AI’s site — surfacing which restaurant groups and operators were visiting, what they were evaluating, and who the decision makers were. This gave the sales team a prioritised list of warm prospects to engage with context, not cold.
